Steps to selfcare :
1. If it feels wrong don’t do it.
2. If you want to say no don’t say may be.
3. Don’t be a people pleaser.
4. Be kind to yourself.
5. Never give up on your dreams.
6. Never speak bad about yourself.
7. Let go off what you can’t control.
8. Stay away from drama and negativity.
