खुशिया हर एक के लिए अलग अलग होती है, इसकी परिभाषा भी सब के लिए एक जैसी नहीं होती है……eg. एक मेले में एक बच्चा गुब्बारा बेच कर खुश है तो दूसरा बच्चा उसे खरीद कर, यह आप पर निर्भर करता है की आप अपनी ख़ुशी किस में पाते है|

आपको इसे रोकने की कोशिस भी नहीं करनी चायिये, क्यों की आप negative सोच को रोक नहीं सकते, बजाय रोकने के आप इसकी जीमेदारी ले और आगे बढे

Treat yourself like a friend –

अपने आप को भी एक dost की तरह treat करे, और हो सके तो अपने आप को भी वो ही advice दे, जो आप का dost आप से मांगता|

Stop Feeling Sad and Start Feeling Happy-

खुश रहना सीखो, यदि दुखी रहोगे तो दुःख ही मिलेगा|

Try to smile more often-

यदि आप किसी कारण से दुखी भी है तो कोशिश करे की आप मुस्करा सके

Watch a funny movie or video on YouTube

आप youtube पर funny videos देख सकते है, इससे आपका थोडा Mood change हो जायेगा|

Try to find a good thing in every situation
