Stress when taken positively can do miracles. Because:

  • It helps you to be on your toes.
  • May result in creativity.
  • Goal accomplishment without procrastinating
  • Accelerate the pace of doing things.
  • Stress also helps in achieving your goals without much distraction.

Why a person is stressed, Let us understand the causes of stress:

  • If you cannot express your anger.

Before the situation goes beyond our control, we need to manage our stress level. Here are a few thoughts to control our stress. We need to apply these thoughts in our life to manage our stress.

Do not force yourself to fit in where you don’t belong.

  1. Delete some people from your life like we uninstall the unwanted apps in our smartphone. And this gives space for someone else.
  2. Moreover, Don’t force yourself to fit into someone’s box.

Do not overburden yourself with responsibilities for the sake of happiness; it might lead to the path of disappointment.

  1. Don’t procrastinate and keep things for the last moment.
  2. Don’t make unnecessary commitments just to be nice and
  3. Take only that much responsibility, which you can handle. Therefore Learn to say NO. Again the Apps Rule applicable. By saying NO, you are making space to say YES to the deserved ones.

  2. Don’t tolerate unnecessary drama and

Do not Look back as you are not going that way.

  1. Make peace with the past. Let it go and live in the moment.
  2. Don’t hold grudges; forgive and be free.
  3. Love yourself. Be confident and believe in yourself and most important
  4. Be grateful for what you have rather than focusing on what you do not have.

Being emotional is not a sign of weakness.

I love the reminder to not look back. We have to move forward despite failures and disappointments. Learn from the mistakes and move on. Also, forgiveness is so important. Freely forgiving those that have hurt us and letting go of grudges not only relieves stress but can uplift our mental and emotional state.
“The insight of a man certainly slows down his anger, And it is beauty on his part to overlook an offense.” – Proverbs 19:11
