List of habits which surely will make of successful…

  • Read Book everyday, 15 – 30 minutes if you are not getting much time.
  • Try to overcome your fear.
  • Early to bed and early to rise.
  • Exercise 4 -5 days in a week.
  • Don’t be in your comfort zone for long.
  • Seek feedback and work on improvement.
  • Set Goal for your life.
  • Focus on your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
  • Learn from people who motivates you.
  • Avoid negative people.

  • Be in a company of positive people as you are sum of 4-5 people whom you spend most time with.
  • Forget your past and focus on today.
  • Make your commitment.
  • Always Smile.
  • Read something daily which motivates you and you learn.
  • Learn to say NO without feeling guilty.
  • Take steps toward achieving your Goal.
  • Take care of yourself.
  • Stop watching TV.
  • Accept the reality.
  • Forgive yourself and other so that you can set yourself free.
  • Do not snooze your Alarm, that is the very first discipline we break before we start our day.
  • Eat healthy Breakfast.
  • Drink warm water.
  • Have a habit of saying thanks.
  • Listen Good music daily.
  • Get some time to relax
  • Spend few minutes alone in a peaceful place.
  • Always have to do list and stay focused on it.
  • Do all the above things persistently till it becomes your habit, then it will start happening automatically.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

  1. This is a nice list, thanks! I’ve bookmarked it for a refresher in the future πŸ™‚
    But from my experience, the challenge is not really a lack of knowledge about which habits we should form. The real challenge is the mechanics of forming and maintaining them in the real world. It will be interesting to hear more about how you have gone about forming each of these habits in your own life and how consistently you manage to stick to them.
