Do you get angry, then this post is for you…

Anger

What is Anger : Giving punishment to yourself for mistakes of others.

Anger begins with stupidity and ends with regret.

What anger can bring to you:

—One who angers you, controls you.

—Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.

—Anger is just one letter short of Danger.

Why you get angry:

The single most reason for getting angry is this: It’s a lot easier to be angry at someone than it is to tell them you’re hurt.

You can be in a situation where you are about to get angry, but still you can control your anger by being conscious about it.

How to avoid those situations itself is an another topic which we will discuss late on.

How to control your anger:

— You need to understand that nobody makes you angry you decide to use anger as a response.

— If you are right , you need not have to raise your voice, and if you are wrong you have no right to raise your voice.

— When you are about to get angry, try one of the below:

  1. Just take 3 -4 deep breath.
  2. Count up to 10.
  3. Drink 2 -3 sip of water.
  4. This one is unique.. put pen between you teeth.

Probably Anger is the only thing which we should procrastinate.

  1. These will work for me. I’m an extremely angry person, no matter how hard I try I always end up responding with my voice raised. I’m working on it, but it might take some time.
